Location and special features

When the Allee-Center in Remscheid opened on February 20, 1986, it was the largest shopping center in the entire region. This has remained the case to this day, as the Allee-Center in Remscheid is still home to around 100 specialist stores offering a colorful range of goods from a wide variety of sectors on more than 30,000 m² of retail space. With more than 31,000 visitors a day, the center located on Alleestraße is still extremely popular today. This is due not only to the colorful shopping landscape, but also to the good transport connections.

Access and parking

The partially built-over Konrad-Adenauer-Straße connects the Allee-Center to the two main roads Elberfelder Straße and Hochstraße. From here, drivers have direct access to the center's own multi-storey parking lot with more than 1,000 covered parking spaces. Visitors to the center can also use the underground car park at Remscheid Town Hall. It offers an additional 300 parking spaces and is directly connected to the Allee-Center by elevator. The city's central bus station is located on the adjacent Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. From here, visitors have direct access to bus routes to the city and surrounding areas.
