Location and special features

As one of the first covered shopping centers in Germany, the RheinRuhrZentrum can look back on a long and eventful history. Although it opened in 1973, today the mall presents itself as a modern shopping landscape with more than 200 stores on a sales area of around 70,000 square meters. The center also has a bowling alley, a casino, a cinema, a children's world and a fitness center. Every first Sunday of the month, a large flea market is held around the RheinRuhrZentrum.

Directions and parking

The RheinRuhrZentrum is located directly on the A40 and offers the best infrastructure for drivers. There are more than 5,000 free parking spaces, some of which are covered. Several bus lines run regularly to the RheinRuhrZentrum, and the U18 underground line (Mühlheim Hauptbahnhof - Essen Hauptbahnhof) also runs right by the RheinRuhrZentrum.
