Location and special features

Located directly on Zähringer Platz, the Seerheincenter is the commercial heart of the Petershausen district of Constance. A wide range of goods and services are offered here over a total of 3 floors, ranging from Kaufland supermarkets to pharmacies, opticians and doctors' surgeries. Several changes of ownership in recent years have caused the development of the shopping center, which opened in 1983, to stagnate for longer than expected. However, the popular shopping center is now to be made fit for the future. Whether the Kaufland supermarket located in the basement of the center will then be extended by one floor is still open. However, construction work on the interior modernization and redesign is scheduled to begin in 2016.

Access and parking

Situated at the junction of the main roads Theodor-Heuss-/Wollmatingerstraße and Jahn-/Allmannsdorferstraße, the Seerheincenter has good transport connections. The shopping center in Constance has 360 underground parking spaces available for customers. The entrance to the underground parking garage is located in Steinstraße. Parking is free for the first hour. Each additional hour costs €1.
