Driezorg is voor ouderen dé verbinder in de buurt voor wonen,welzijn en zorg in Zwolle en Hattem. De “Drie” in Driezorg staat voor de drie kernelementen waarin Driezorg actief is: Wonen, Welzijn & Zorg.
