Description

La titolare Giovanni Maria Piras vanta una ricca tradizione nel campo della pasticceria artigianale ponendo molta cura agli ingredienti impiegati. Nella pasticceria vengono realizzati dolci tipici sardi come il biscotto Savoiardo, diversi dolci tramandati dalla famiglia Demelas come tumbarelle, amaretti, gateau, bianchetti e ravioli fritti con ripieno di ricotta e noci. Grazie alla creatività e lesperienza della titolare sono stati preparati anche nuovi biscotti esclusivi come i Quattro Mori, le Conchiglie e le Meduse.
