Paul Codjoe, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Mercer-Bucks Orthopaedics, serving patients in Hamilton, Princeton, and Lawrenceville, New Jersey, as well as in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. He went on to complete an orthopedic surgery residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and fellowship training in sports medicine at the Hughston Clinic in Columbus, Georgia, an internationally recognized center of excellence.
Dr. Codjoe maintains active membership in numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Academy of Regenerative Medicine. He holds medical licenses in six states and performs independent medical evaluations for workers' compensation claims.
Dedicated to staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and research for treatment protocols and surgical procedures, Dr. Codjoe was an early provider of OrthAlign, a computer-assisted surgical tool for precision joint replacement. He was also one of the initial surgeons to perform anterolateral ligament reconstruction, a complex surgical procedure to improve rotational stability in the knee.
