Location and special features

When the Riem Arcaden opened in 2004, the long era of the inner-city Munich-Riem airport was already long gone and the new trade fair city of Riem had already settled on the former airfield. Today, the Riem Arcaden are the main attraction of the new Munich district, which is located in the east of the state capital and is surrounded by Riemer Park. The Riem Arcaden has over 120 specialist stores, which share a sales area of 46,500 square meters. In addition to well-known chains, the tenants also include large stores such as Saturn, C&A and Edeka. The gastronomy and shopping facilities extend over a total of 3 floors.

Access and parking

Thanks to its location in the east of Munich, Riem Arcaden offers direct access to the A94 city highway. A modern underground parking garage not only offers space for 2,700 cars, but also a car wash service and a charging station for electric cars. The paid parking garage is open around the clock.
