"I Ruggeri" Boutique Restaurant è un salotto bene arredato dai colori caldi: ecco come si presenta il ristorante agli avventori che vi entrano per la prima volta. La cucina è improntata ai sapori mediterranei, non solo italiani, uniti a suggestioni d'Oriente e profumi lontani. Si mangia attorno a piccoli tavoli ben apparecchiati, immersi in un'atmosfera rilassante, gustando le pietanze della chef Ambra Gigante improntate alla leggerezza ed alla stagionalità delle materie prime.
