The marquee facility here at The London Aquatics Centre, the Competition Pool can be used for long (50m) or short-course (25m) swimming. The pool features 10 lanes, loads of seating for spectators and is perfect for lane swimmers, leisure swimmers and those there just just to enjoy the water, as well as the galas and competitions we'll be hosting.

Whether you're an experienced diver, or just starting out, our diving pool has everything you need. With boards and platforms from 1m to 10m, it's ideal for practicing and enjoying this sport at every level.

The eight-lane, 50m training pool can be divided into two 25m pools and is ideal for our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as recreational swimming sessions with friends and family. This pool is ideal for everyone, thanks to its adjustable floor.

The London Aquatics Centre's state-of-the-art gym boasts a huge range of first class equipment that's ideal for every gym goer. Whether you prefer lifting weights in the free weights area, building your cardio stamina, working the resistance machines, enjoying a functional workout, or a combination of all four, you're sure to take a step closer to your goals after a session with us.

Our dedicated group fitness studio plays host to a huge range of sessions, with something for everyone. From more relaxed options such as Yoga, Pilates or Les Mills BODYBALANCE to more intense classes such as Les Mills BODYATTACK and fun classes such as Zumba. There really is something for everyone.
