Description

Enjoy a relaxing trip beside the cool, clear waters of the Frio River. East Frio River Estate is a private home with a fenced yard, private river access, and capability of comfortably sleeping up to 19 guests. The home was built roughly in 1950/60. It has been upgraded but maintains some of the nostalgic decor of it's era. Though it is not a recently constructed, elaborate structure, you will find that it is spacious, clean, and provides an opportunity for all guests to spread out around the grounds doing their own thing. We provide the location and all bedroom linens as well as basic kitchen pots, pans, and tableware. Guests provide their towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies.
