How can I delete my business without having entered it on wogibtswas.de myself?

Probably your entry will be managed by a service agency (e.g. 1&1 Listlocal, dasÖrtliche etc.) and thus also published on wogibtswas.de (and other portals). In this case, you would have to contact the agency you commissioned and have the entry deleted by them.

It is also possible that another person from your company has created the business entry. To edit the entry (and in case of doubt to delete it), try to take over the entry: Call your business and click on the link 'This is my business', so you can take over the entry, if it is free. You can find the link on your profile page below the opening hours. Important: Wogibtswas.de itself does not enter any businesses or companies, the entry can therefore only come from a third agency or another person from the company.
