As Licensed massage professionals, my intention is to provide quality care,

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles
and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.

The full body massage targets all the major areas of the body that are most subject to strain and
discomfort including the neck,back, arms, legs, and feet.
If you need an area of the body that you feel needs extra consideration,
such as an extra sore neck or back, feel free to make your massage therapist aware and
they’ll be more than willing to accommodate you.

Massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers,
elbows, knees, forearms, feet, or a device.
The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of
body stress or pain.

Everyone has different traits. Part of being an individual means having your own individual shape and size,
your own stressors, ache and pains, physical needs, and ailments. It only makes sense to have your own
personal care and relief for your own personal needs. Massaging is all about personalized attention, care, and healing.
