Graceful Healing was created to help guide individuals through rough times. Whether you are looking at a one-time event or trying to make sense of your life, I am here to walk this journey with you. At Graceful Healing, my primary therapy is Internal Family Systems (IFS), but I also employ Narrative, Gestalt, Attachment, and CBT theories.
