About Us
Valli P. Kodali, MD, FACP, FACG, AGAF, is a board-certified gastroenterologist at Park Gastroenterology in Cary, North Carolina. He provides high-quality and compassionate care for a wide range of conditions, including abdominal pain, GERD, hemorrhoids, and more. Dr. Kodali also has expertise in colorectal cancer screening and prevention.
Dr. Kodali completed his training in internal medicine at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, and his fellowship training in gastroenterology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He completed additional fellowship training in liver diseases at the University of Miami School of Medicine and advanced training in therapeutic endoscopy at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Kodali has conducted various scientific research projects and presented scientific papers at various national meetings. He has also published scientific papers in various peer-reviewed medical journals. Dr. Kodali conducted clinical research at Cumberland Research Associates for 20 years. He was awarded the American College of Gastroenterology Senior Fellow Award in 1993 and 1995. He was elected as a fellow with the American College of Physicians (FACP), the American College of Gastroenterology (FACG), and the American Gastroenterological Association (AGAF) in recognition of significant professional achievement and superior competence within the field of internal medicine and gastroenterology.
Dr. Kodali is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He has been on various national gastroenterological and North Carolina Medical Society committees. He is married and has two sons.
