Location and special features

In the southwest of Bremen, the Roland-Center is a shopping center that has almost become a cult. After all, the Roland-Center has been inviting shoppers to window-shop regardless of the weather since 1972. This makes the Roland-Center one of the first shopping centers in Germany. To this day, the Roland-Center enjoys great popularity and attracts almost 14,000 visitors a day. With a total of 100 stores, the Roland-Center offers a well-thought-out mix of sectors on a sales area of 30,000 square meters, which extends over two floors. As a special service, the Roland-Center offers buggy and wheelchair rental as well as a senior citizens' bus.

Directions and parking

Located in Bremen's Huchtung district, the Roland-Center offers access to the B 75 towards the city center and Delmenhorst. Individual visitors can park their cars in a total of 1,700 parking spaces. A total of 260 parking spaces are available for bicycles. The Roland-Center is well connected to the local public transport network: road lines 1 and 8 as well as bus lines 52, 55, 57, 58, 201, 204, 214 run from the center.
