Cannabis Social Clubs sind Anbaugemeinschaften von Cannabispatienten/-nutzern, die ihren Eigenbedarf gemeinschaftlich produzieren. Solche Clubs sind nicht gewinnorientiert und in der Regel als eingetragener Verein registriert. Der Verein organisiert den gemeinschaftlichen Anbau. Mitglieder können sich daran mit einer Eigenbedarfsmenge beteiligen und zahlen dafür einen Selbstkostenpreis. Der Verkauf von gemeinschaftlichem Cannabis ist untersagt.
