Ich habe vor 12 Tagen einen Ring von Swarovski gekauft und nach einer Woche waren schon 2 Steine Weg. Ich bin ins Geschäft gegangen und habe mein Geld zurück verlangt aber der Chef/ Verkäufer war sehr unhöflich. Er hat mir nur einen Gutschein Angeboten, doch ich möchte mein Geld zurück.
Kann mir jemand helfen, und mir sagen wo ich eine Reklamation machen kann ?
