Description

EMS steht für elektrische Muskelstimulation und ist eine echte Fitnessrevolution. Warum? Nun, bei jeder Bewegung, die Du im Alltag machst, fordern bioelektrische Impulse Deines Gehirns mittels motorischer Nerven (das sind Steuereinheiten von ganzen Muskelgruppen) die Muskulatur zur Kontraktion auf. Beim fitbox EMS-Training führt unser Trainingsgerät der Muskelgruppe diesen "Befehl" von außen zu. Somit wirkt EMS quasi wie ein Turbo dieses körpereigenen Prinzips.
