Opened in 2009, the Loop 5 shopping center in Weiterstadt is one of the most popular shopping destinations in southern Hesse. A total of 177 different stores and stores are spread over a sales area of more than 59,500 m². Although C&A, Peek & Cloppenburg and Saturn are the largest stores, the numerous small specialist stores also contribute to the attractiveness of Loop 5. The Loopland indoor playground in the basement is also an attraction for families. Incidentally, the name was inspired by Frankfurt Airport, which is not far away, and the neighboring Autobahn 5.
