Fix Auto Tracy

Description

Fix Auto USA was founded by collision repair experts Erick and Shelly Bickett with a bold vision: to establish a nationwide network of independent body shops, all backed by a unified infrastructure designed to ensure exceptional quality and service.

What started as a fresh concept soon caught the attention of the market. In 2011, Fix Auto USA launched its franchise model, and the first 30 franchisees stood out as the best of the best in their respective markets. Their exceptional service and commitment to quality became a driving force behind the company’s rapid expansion. These trusted local businesses soon transformed into a nationally recognized brand.

This momentum spread quickly, with Fix Auto USA expanding into markets like California, Nevada, Arizona, and Illinois. Our headquarters, originally in Anaheim, California, moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where a dedicated team focuses on staying ahead of industry innovations, providing ongoing support to our network, and ensuring seamless communication between our shops and customers.

While we've grown substantially, Fix Auto USA's mission remains the same: to continue recruiting the best, most reputable collision repair businesses and maintain the highest standards of service and craftsmanship for both vehicle owners and insurers.
